We have provided these services to clients on multiple levels. For one customer, we provided global project management services, converting 135 sites across three continents from frame relay to MPLS. This required that our project management team coordinate schedules between the carriers, local site contacts and implementation team, provide follow documentation to all parties after the conversion of each site, and manage dates against disconnect orders. Other customers may use these services on a smaller scale, and only request our assistance in building the timeline or to manage projects of shorter timeframes and lesser complexity.
In addition to incorporating project management into all of our solution offerings, MasterLink offers project management as a stand-alone service.
