MasterLink's Transition Methodology is comprised of various well-defined steps. Working with a dedicated and experienced transition team, and by applying rigorous process management, MasterLink ensures success in every aspect:
- Process
- Transition Management Plan
- Transition Execution
- Validate Transfer
The first step to a successful transition is the Process phase. This phase is meant to analyze the environment in order to understand the activities, relationships and expectation requirements. A variety of tasks are completed throughout this phase, including: definition of process boundaries, ongoing capacity planning, gap analysis and remediation recommendations. Overall, this first phase of our Transition methodology is crucial to the success of the transition.
Our Transition Management Plan requires comprehensive planning that addresses the spectrum of organizational issues. A progressive communications strategy is also critical to ensure consistent and credible documentaiton with each of the stakeholders involved in the transition team.
During the Transition Execution Phase, MasterLink executes upon each of the defined client objectives outlined in the Management Plan. MasterLink will work with the client to define and document a service level agreement (SLA) to address approval procedures, systems documentation and other key items.
During the Validate Transfer phase, MasterLink will review with the client delivery expectations as outlined in the Transition Management Plan for completion. Modifications to the SLA will be reviewed and determined with the client team. Materlink reviews the SLA agreements with clients on a scheduled basis to continue the validation process.
Our methodologies are well mapped with detail and documentation to all relevant tasks. Our Transition Management team works closely with you to help implement effective strategies throughout your organization. Much of our work to accomplish this mission revolves around the leadership of organizational change. We provide solutions that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
