In architecture and design, the focus is primarily on the Business Analysis, Assessment, and Analyze and Plan phases. No two companies have the same business requirements and goals; therefore, it is critical to define your organization’s unique initiatives and goals. MasterLink utilizes a two-pronged approach; MasterLink solution managers will meet with key business stakeholders to discuss business goals and needs, Return on Investment, existing policies and procedures and risk comfort levels. At the same time, MasterLink’s engineering architects meet with the technical team to review the technical configuration of your specific environment.
As we move forward in the process with you and your team, MasterLink will Analyze the information gathered in the Business Analysis and Assessment phases and define a Plan to implement corrective actions, improvement or business solutions that are dependent upon the findings of the earlier phases. All recommendations for change are defined and determined by the findings in the Business Analysis and Assessment phases. It is the information gathered and outlined in these phases, along with MasterLink's experience in solving IT business issues for clients in many business industries, that ultimately shapes the architecture and design.
