MasterLink provides a variety of managed service offerings. Each offering is designed to complement or augment existing support services in the client’s environment. We partner with our clients in the delivery of our managed services to ensure that the services provide the support required and address the client’s business challenges.

Managed services that we provide include but are not limited to the following:

MasterWatch™ – MasterWatch is a service that remotely monitors your network components and provides alerts when key thresholds are exceeded. This service is designed to help clients reduce downtime by shortening the time from failure to resolution. MasterLink’s MasterWatch solution monitors the services outlined below and alerts key client resources upon issue identification. MasterWatch provides clients with comprehensive monitoring functionality without the upfront and ongoing investment of purchasing and maintaining the equipment.

MasterAssist - MasterAssist is a proactive managed service offering which leverages MasterLink’s team of engineers to support your networks. This service includes the remote monitoring capabilities of MasterWatch and adds the remote remediation services of our skilled engineering team. Support incidents are identified by MasterLink’s skilled Remote Operation Center’s engineers who provide remediation services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This team will, as necessary, escalate support incidents to MasterLink’s diverse technical engineering team. In addition to support services, the MasterAssist solution provides pro-active network capacity planning and ongoing network health maintenance services.

MasterVoice - MasterVoice is a reactive/proactive managed service offering for Cisco Unified Communications clients which leverages MasterLink’s Team of Voice specialists to support your Unified Communications networks. This service includes remote monitoring capabilities utilizing a variety of tools, and includes remote remediation services performed by our engineering team. Support incidents are identified by MasterLink’s Remote Operation Center, providing remediation support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

MasterGuard – MasterGuard is a managed security offering which provides clients with the ability to eliminate the management headaches associated with maintaining your firewall services. Under the MasterGuard managed service solution, you pay a monthly fee for a fully managed firewall. You no longer need to retain onsite resources to manage firewall policies. The service includes the firewall device as well as regular security software updates, management of policy and user changes, and overall perimeter security support.

MasterStorage – MasterStorage is an online backup service that provides our clients with reliable, secure backup and restoration capabilities. It is a secured online transfer of fully encrypted data to an off-site data center, ensuring regular backups are stored safely and remotely. Whether you have an onsite backup solution but don’t have an outside storage source, or if you don’t have a backup process at all, this solution can solve your needs.

MasterDesktop Support Center – MasterDesktop Support Center provides desktop user support for our clients. The service provides for basic troubleshooting and triage of general desktop incidents, answering basic “How do I” and “How to” questions. Our support center personnel will work with you to resolve issues using acquired knowledge and experience and available industry standard resources including reference guides, FAQs and online knowledge bases. This service is a perfect complement for companies who don’t have an IT department or for those who don’t have enough resources to handle the daily volume of desktop support calls.
