MasterLink’s team of engineers provides a variety of support services to assist clients in managing both daily activities as well as project based requirements. We partner with our clients, whether it is complete management of a client’s IT network or augmenting staff as needed. This partnership approach ensures that we meet the individual client’s business challenges.

Support services that we provide include but are not limited to the following:

Staff Augmentation – MasterLink’s team of experienced engineers and project managers can fulfill staff augmentation needs to fill specialty needs or gaps in your existing IT Team. Our staff includes a multi-level experienced team of engineer who can assist our clients with system administration, design, implementation and project management. Our team of engineers has certifications in the following areas:
• Microsoft (MCSE, MCDBA, MCDST, MCT, MCSA )
• Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP, CCVP, CCIE)
• Checkpoint (CCSE, CCSI)
• Security (CISSP)

Clients engage our team on both a short or extended basis to assist with such projects as mergers and acquisitions, installations of hardware solutions, or to fill a need for specialized expertise to help guide projects.

Remote Operations Center - MasterLink has a fully staffed Remote Operations Center (ROC) which can be engaged for network support within your operations. This team can be used as your network support team or as an overflow team. Some clients use our ROC to manage their on call needs for after hours support, freeing up their already taxed internal support teams.

Configuration and Implementation Services – MasterLink’s engineering service team is experienced in implementing and configuring various IT infrastructure solutions. We have defined implementation processes utilizing industry best practices which include solution design, configuration and testing. In addition, all of our support and configuration services are managed by a project management team who follow industry PMI standards.
