IP Readiness Assessments – A key component to moving forward with a voice over IP solution is making sure that your WAN and LAN infrastructure is able to effectively support the communications. This includes the evaluation of: bandwidth requirements, IOS/Firmware levels of the WAN and switching equipment, capacity of the WAN and switching components, protocols being utilized on the network, routing rules and security practices. Voice Network Assessments for existing VoIP – You have a Cisco Unified Communications solution in place but aren’t sure if you are utilizing it to its greatest potential.
